The village of Pujananting echoed with laughter and song, a joyful sound that celebrated a hard-won peace. But even as the last notes faded, a shadow fell across the land, a chilling silence that promised an end to their brief happiness.
Suddenly, the sky ripped open as Dewa Panyiwiryo descended, his eyes blazing with fury. "Celebrating victory before a god? You humans are truly insolent!" he roared, unleashing bolts of lightning that tore through homes, causing widespread panic among the terrified villagers.
"Hold fast!" cried Ajila Ide, immediately shielding the innocent people and their surroundings. He knew he had to face this immense power alone. "Stay back, La Mappanganro! This god is too strong; only I can fight him!" His brother, though concerned, understood the gravity of Ajila's decision.
The battle began with a terrifying clash as Panyiwiryo’s relentless attacks met Ajila’s agile defenses. Thunder cracked and winds howled, creating chaos as the very ground beneath them shuddered and cracked, illustrating the immense scale of their conflict.
Ajila felt a profound weariness begin to seep into his bones, yet his resolve remained unbroken. He grit his teeth, thinking, I will not falter! For everyone I love, I must stand firm! His purpose fueled his dwindling strength.
A grim realization dawned upon him: a conventional fight would not suffice. He knew, with a heavy heart, that he must now commit every last ounce of his energy to a final, desperate strike. This was the only way.
"Do not give up!" La Mappanganro shouted, his voice filled with desperate encouragement as Ajila was repeatedly thrown back by Panyiwiryo's overwhelming power. Despite the brutal blows, Ajila refused to break.
With a defiant roar, Ajila gathered his remaining life force, which manifested as a blinding flash of light. "With my very life, I shall achieve this purpose!" he declared, launching a devastating, self-sacrificing attack directly at Dewa Panyiwiryo.
The powerful blast struck the god with incredible force, causing Panyiwiryo to falter and then, to everyone’s astonishment, collapse. Simultaneously, Ajila Ide crumpled, utterly spent, into the waiting arms of La Mappanganro.
"I… succeeded…" Ajila whispered, a faint smile gracing his lips before he lost consciousness. Together, the brothers witnessed the mighty Dewa Panyiwiryo fall, defeated by Ajila's ultimate sacrifice.
However, the moment of triumph was short-lived. A new, ominous presence filled the air as Dewa Guru Tempedding appeared, accompanied by a formidable army. "You must now face us!" he thundered, shattering their brief peace.
Despite his weakened state, Ajila Ide pushed himself to stand, his eyes burning with an unyielding fire. "I will not allow you to take over!" he cried out, ready to fight to the death to protect his home.
Beside him, La Mappanganro stood firm, a silent promise of brotherhood. The new god and his army loomed, a greater challenge than any before, but Pujananting would not fall without a fight. The battle for their home, it seemed, had only just begun.
